The Project WakeDay change networks are composed of faculty, staff and students divided into the following advisory groups. (To see the members of each group, select a link.)

These designated representatives from schools, departments and student organizations play an important role in helping Wake Forest prepare for the changes coming with Workday Student. The networks meet regularly (usually once or twice a month) with members of the Project WakeDay team to discuss key activities and milestones and to learn how changes will affect them and their offices.

Members of the Faculty Advisory Panel and Staff Change Network provide guidance and support regarding administrative and faculty processes and procedures. They may also be asked to provide feedback on business process changes, to communicate information to parts of campus, to share Workday terminology with their offices, and to collect feedback when needed. Members of the Student Change Network are active in student groups, allowing them to directly share communications and knowledge with their peers.

With the support of the Project WakeDay team, the change networks are primarily responsible for the following.
