Welcome to the Project WakeDay website. This page is designed to introduce you to Workday Student as you prepare to join the Wake Forest community.
Workday is WFU’s student information system and where you’ll find information on billing and payments, financial aid, academic progress, class schedules, grades, transcripts and more.
New students have access to Workday about 48 hours after Wake Forest receives your deposit or you formally commit to attend WFU. Once you receive your Wake Forest email address, you will sign in using that email. Please note that you also need your WFU credentials to view training materials and videos.

All of your financial information appears in Workday, including billing, financial aid disbursements and more. Students who want to add Friends and Family to Workday must follow a multistep process to allow them access to this information.
First, you must grant them Third Party Access, and second, you must take the next steps to allow specific permissions, such as viewing statements and paying bills.
Some students have granted Third Party Access, but they have not granted access to specific functions, including Make a Payment. Please check that you have completed all steps.
Instructions for adding third parties and allowing permissions are available at this link, and you can watch this video for an overview of Student Financials activities in Workday.
As you have time, you may also want to check out the following webpages designed for all students:
